THE POWER OF THE SMART ALARM SYSTEM

Houseper is an intelligent solution that takes care of your security when you are away. Timely notifications and alarms sent to your smartphone in cases of flood, fire, harmful and inflammable gases, will help you prevent severe damages. In cases of burglary attempt, Houseper can trigger a siren and stop the thieves before they break into your home. The system allows you to simulate presence when you are away and thus avoid unwanted visitors. When activated, cameras allow for motion tracking and can also trigger a siren to alert you immediately on what is happening. By creating security zones and activating protection on Houseper, you can manage both your entire home or certain areas with one simple click from your smartphone.

ON-THE-SPOT NOTIFICATIONS

One of the great advantages of having a smart home alarm system is the immediate and timely information it sends to your email or smartphone whenever an emergency situation occurs. Houseper will help protect your home from fire, flood, gas leakage, burglary, theft, damage and can even save lives.

ALARM NOTIFICATIONS

The Houseper system provides several means for timely notification in the event of an alarm by sending a message alert to your smartphone, an email or starting a siren. The smart siren has two modes – active and inactive, so you can also choose whether to activate an armed or disarmed siren in the notification configuration. Houseper can even start a siren that is not currently active. This is very useful for life-threatening events, like fire for example. In this case, the siren will be triggered even if it is not armed at the moment.

CONFIGURE NOTIFICATIONS TO FIT YOUR NEEDS

Notifications are fast and easy to configure and are set at device level.
When a new security device is added to the Houseper system, it inherits the default settings for notifications’ sending and siren triggering. These settings can easily be modified for each separate device, to meet current needs in an optimal way.

SMART SIREN

Houseper helps you prevent unwanted visitors from stepping into your home.
The siren protects from robbery, and can even wake sleeping people up in cases of fire, flood, leakage of harmful and flammable gases and other life-threatening events. It can be combined with all the home security devices available.
The smart siren has a built-in battery that can supply up to 4 hours in case of a power cut. It can also generate an AC Mains alarm and trigger itself, producing a loud sound and flashing light.

They have collective names like Alarm1 and Alarm2, but depending on the device type, they most often appear with specific names such as Fire indication, Water Overflow indication, Panic, Movement indication, Fall/Concussion, CO indication, Intrusion indication, Presence indication, Vibration, etc.

Tamper

Indicates intrusion, attempt to compromise the device.

Battery

Indicates battery-related problems such as low or defective battery, etc.

Trouble

Relates to a problem with the device, impaired functionality.

AC Mains

This indicates of a non-received regular report and/or a persistent inability of the controller to connect to the device. The possible reason for generating this alarm can be the case of the device being disconnected from the power supply, turned off due to exhausted batteries, also if the device has left the network range and cannot reconnect to the controller or has been damaged severely.
